In a nutshell
The Partners Area of the European Mobility Week website is a restricted section available in 19 languages. This section enables to:
- manage the registrations of more than 2,000 cities each year;
- update the programme of activities of all participating cities;
- manage all contact details displayed on the website;
- subscribe partners to the European Mobility Week Discussion List;
- translate the registration form and Partners Area of the website.
The access is restricted to:
- Administrators (European Coordination and European Commission);
- National coordinators;
- Associated partners;
- Participating cities.
Registration procedure and Data Updates
Registration submission
To register to the European Mobility Week, the cities have to:
- sign the European Charter;
- send it back to their National coordinator;
- fill in the registration form
Registration validation or rejection
Once, the form is submitted a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the city and a notification e-mail is automatically sent to the National coordinator for him to accept or reject the registration.
The National coordinator can now use the Partners Area to accept or reject the registration. If the National coordinator accept the registration, the city receives automatically a confirmation e-mail with its access codes to use the Partners Area. If the National coordinator reject the registration, the city does not receive any automated message. The National coordinator have to sent a message directly to the city to explain the reasons of the rejection.
Update submission
Once the city has access to the Partners Area, it is possible for her to update any data about its participation by updating the form dedicated form. Once again, it is a submission to be validated by the National coordinator.
Update validation or rejection
The National coordinator can accept or reject the update. No automated e-mail is sent during this process. The city should see the changes on-line as soo as the National coordinator has accepted the changes.
The Partners Area for all European Mobility Week Stakeholders
Administrators
Administrators of the Partners Area are members of the European Coordination and members of the European Commission (DG ENV) involved in the European Mobility Week. They have access to all features of the section and can manage all data.

National coordinators
National coordinators of the Partners Area are the main contacts in a country involved in the European Mobility Week. They are usually members of Ministries, National agencies focus on urban transport issues. They are nominated by the national authority to endorse this role. They have access to the main features of the section and can manage all data for their country, cities of their country and subscriptions.

Associated partners
Associated partners of the Partners Area are members of the European and International organisations and associations that have signed the European Mobility Week Pledge and are then involved in the European Mobility Week. They have access to their own data and subscriptions.

Participating cities
Participating cities of the Partners Area are cities involved in the European Mobility Week. Their data are displayed on the European Mobility Week website as their registration have been accepted by their National coordinators or European Coordination. In the Partners Area, they can manage all their own data.

Privacy
- Your data will not be passed on to any third parties.
- You can delete your data from the Partners Area at any time.
