The Partners Area as a National coordinator

In a nutshell
In the Partners Area, National coordinators can:
- manage data of participating cities / add a new participating city in their country
- subscribe/unsubscribe to the European Mobility Week Discussion list
- accept or reject registrations in their country sent via the registration form
- accept of reject data updates sent by participating cities in their country
- update their contact details/profile
- change their password
- see at a glance the Discussion List members
- translate the registration form and Partners Area
- see the last connections to the Partners Area
How to log in
If you already have a password
- Go to the Partners Area log in page at: www.mobilityweek.eu/partners;
- Type your e-mail address and password;
- Select your preferred language;
- Click on the OK button.
If you do not have a password
You first have to be registered in the Partners Area. If your name appear on the European Coordination page, you are already registered. All you have to do is:
- Go to the Partners Area log in page at: www.mobilityweek.eu/partners;
- Type your registered e-mail address in the dedicated field to receive your password par e-mail;
- Check your mailbox a minute later to retrieve your password;
- Follow the procedure described above;
How to manage data of participating cities / add a new participating city
Add a participating city
- Go to the "Cities involved" page;
- Select a year of reference;
- Click on "Add a new city or town and a local contact" in the first line of the table;
- Complete the necessary fields in the two steps procedure;
- Click on the "Save" button.
Update data for a city
- Go to the "Cities involved" page;
- Select a year of reference;
- Click on "Update" in the "Action" column of the table;
- Change the data in the necessary fields;
- Click on the "Update" button.
Delete a participating city
- Go to the "Cities involved" page;
- Select a year of reference;
- Click on "Delete" in the "Action" column of the table;
- Confirm your choice in the pop-up window;
Export all cities data a year of reference
- Go to the "Cities involved" page;
- Select a year of reference;
- Click on "Export data" in the first line of the table;
How to subscribe/unsubscribe to the European Mobility Week Discussion list
- Go to the "Contact details" page;
- Click on "Update" in the "Action" column of the table;
- Click "Yes" or "No" for the field "Discussion list" to subscribe/unsubscribe the European Mobility Week Discussion list;
How to accept or reject registrations sent via the registration form
- Go to the "Registrations" page;
- Click on "Accept or Reject" in the "Action" column of the table;
- Click on the "Accept" button or on the "Reject" button at the end of the form;
How to accept of reject data updates sent by participating cities
- Go to the "Updates" page;
- Click on "Accept or Reject" in the "Action" column of the table;
- Click on the "Accept" button or on the "Reject" button at the end of the form;
How to update the contact details/profile
- Go to the "Contact details" page;
- Update the necessary fields;
- "Discussion list" is the field to subscribe/unsubscribe the European Mobility Week Discussion list;
- Click on the "Update" button at the end of the form;
How to change the password
- Go to the "Password" page;
- Typ your new password;
- Confirm your new password by retyping it;
- Click on the "Save" button;
How to see at a glance the members of Discussion List
- Go to the "Discussion list" page;
- You have a whole list of contacts subscribed to this list.
How to translate the registration form and Partners Area
- Go to the "Translations" page;
- Select a language to add/update in the first line of the table;
- Complete/Update the necessary fields in the first page;
- Click on the "Save" button at the end of the first page;
- Repeat the two last operations for each page you need to translate.
How to see the last connections to the Partners Area
- Go to the "Connections" page;
- You have a whole list of last connected contacts in the Partners Area.
