{"id":12404,"date":"2019-03-04T17:56:11","date_gmt":"2019-03-04T16:56:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ec.kuusi.ovh\/?post_type=best_practices&#038;p=12404"},"modified":"2022-12-22T12:03:02","modified_gmt":"2022-12-22T11:03:02","slug":"le-solaire-a-paris","status":"publish","type":"best_practices","link":"https:\/\/energy-cities.eu\/fr\/bonne-pratique\/le-solaire-a-paris\/","title":{"rendered":"Le solaire \u00e0 Paris"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<table class=\"wp-block-advgb-table advgb-table-frontend\"><tbody><tr><td> &#8211; Potentiel solaire parisien \u00e0 2020 : 644 installations thermiques, 444 installations photovolta\u00efques pour une production globale estim\u00e9e \u00e0 77,5 GWh <br>&#8211; 50000 m\u00b2 de panneaux solaires <br>-2 grandes r\u00e9alisations en 2013 : Halle Pajol ; stade Jean Bouin <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<p> Dans le cadre du Plan Climat \u00c9nergie de Paris et l\u2019objectif de d\u00e9veloppement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, Paris connait <strong>une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des installations solaires depuis 2011.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2013, ce sont pr\u00e8s de 11 350 m\u00b2 de panneaux solaires qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9s dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e dont plus de 10 500 m\u00b2 de  panneaux  photovolta\u00efques. Aujourd\u2019hui,  le  solaire couvre une  surface  totale  de  pr\u00e8s  de 50  000  m\u00b2  install\u00e9s principalement sur les \u00e9quipements publics et des bailleurs sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guid\u00e9es par de nombreuses \u00e9tudes d\u2019optimisation des implantations solaire (inclinaison, taux d\u2019ensoleillement&#8230;) les nouvelles constructions de b\u00e2timents, notamment dans les zones d\u2019am\u00e9nagement concert\u00e9 (ZAC) ainsi que les op\u00e9rations   de   r\u00e9novations   int\u00e8grent   donc   autant   que   possible   les   panneaux   solaires   thermiques   et photovolta\u00efques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les r\u00e9alisations remarquables, on notera les 3 500 m\u00b2 de panneaux solaires photovolta\u00efques de la Halle Pajol, premi\u00e8re et plus importante centrale solaire de Paris ; les 2 800 m\u00b2 de panneaux solaires photovolta\u00efques du stade Jean Bouin ; ou encore les 600 m\u00b2 sur l\u2019immeuble Quintessence dans la ZAC Clichy Batignolles. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, la r\u00e9gie municipale Eau de Paris a \u00e9quip\u00e9 ses usines et r\u00e9servoirs d\u2019eau potable de 3 300 m\u00b2 de panneaux photovolta\u00efques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paris participe, en plus de contribuer \u00e0 la production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d\u2019origine renouvelable par ses installations, au <strong>d\u00e9veloppement de la recherche et de l\u2019innovation industrielle francilienne  dans  le  domaine  des  cellules  et  des centrales photovolta\u00efques. <\/strong>Un projet de collaboration avec Advancity, p\u00f4le de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de la ville durable, des \u00e9cotechnologies et du photovolta\u00efque est envisag\u00e9 dans ce cadre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3> Focus <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemples de r\u00e9alisations r\u00e9centes<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Halle Pajol, 18e : 1\u00e8re centrale solaire urbaine d\u2019\u00cele-de-France <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancien b\u00e2timent d\u00e9saffect\u00e9, la nouvelle Halle Pajol a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9e le 7 novembre 2013 apr\u00e8s trois ans de chantier. En juillet 2011, le montant des travaux solaires s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 1,6 millions d\u2019euros HT soit 800 \u20ac HT par panneau. L\u2019op\u00e9ration de la centrale solaire (3500 m\u00b2) a \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9e par la Ville de Paris \u00e0 hauteur de 55%, avec la contribution de la SEMAEST et de la R\u00e9gion \u00cele-de-France; respectivement \u00e0 hauteur de 35% et 10%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li> AC Clichy Batignolles, 17e<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2013, la ZAC Clichy Batignolles accueille des immeubles B\u00e2timent Basse Consommation (BBC) et notamment la r\u00e9sidence \u00ab Quintessence \u00bb conforme au Plan Climat pour sa consommation en \u00e9nergie primaire (50 kWh\/m\u00b2\/an) et couverte de 600 m\u00b2 de panneaux solaires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>ZAC Claude Bernard, 19e<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> L\u2019eau chaude sanitaire provient \u00e0 20% de panneaux solaires thermiques auxquels s\u2019ajoutent 380 m\u00b2 de panneaux photovolta\u00efques  implant\u00e9s  sur  3  immeubles  labellis\u00e9s  Tr\u00e8s  Haute  Performance  Energ\u00e9tique  (RT2005 \u201325%).  Les b\u00e2timents,  regroupant  plus  de  41  000  m\u00b2  de  bureaux  livr\u00e9s  en  2012,  sont  raccord\u00e9s  aux  r\u00e9seaux  de  chaleur  et  de froid de la Ville et des puits canadiens favorisent la circulation de l\u2019air. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>ZAC de la gare de Rungis, 13e <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>120 m\u00b2 de panneaux solaires thermiques assurent une partie de la production d&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire des 100 lits de l&rsquo;EHPAD de 6 500 m\u00b2. L\u2019isolation du b\u00e2timent permet de diminuer la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 36% par rapport \u00e0 la RT2005. L&rsquo;eau de pluie des toitures est r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;arrosage du jardin priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Stade Jean Bouin<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Construit en 1925, le stade Jean Bouin renait apr\u00e8s 3 ans de travaux. Ce nouveau stade \u00ab La maison du rugby \u00bb est \u00e9quip\u00e9  de  2800  m\u00b2  de  panneaux  solaires  photovolta\u00efques  qui  permettent  de  couvrir les besoins li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9clairage.
