L\u2019objectif de Bordeaux M\u00e9tropole est de mettre en \u0153uvre des m\u00e9canismes de financement destin\u00e9s \u00e0 faciliter la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des habitations.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude command\u00e9e par la communaut\u00e9 d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration a \u00e9valu\u00e9 les besoins en financement des m\u00e9nages en ce qui concerne la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de leurs logements. L\u2019\u00e9tude a pris en consid\u00e9ration le \u00ab\u00a0potentiel pour des travaux de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et d\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie\u00a0\u00bb et les caract\u00e9ristiques des r\u00e9sidents, r\u00e9sultant en un calcul des \u00ab\u00a0fonds restants\u00a0\u00bb et de leurs efforts en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9tude a conclu que 85% des propri\u00e9taires de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration seraient \u00e9ligibles \u00e0 un pr\u00eat&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"http:\/\/www.energy-cities.eu\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L350xH233\/bordeaux-jardin-des-lumiere_c_pline_cc_by-sa_3.0_via_wikimedia_commons-0c8d4.jpg?1512553340\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les foyers exclus de cette possibilit\u00e9 sont des m\u00e9nages \u00e0 faibles revenus ou dont le pr\u00eat immobilier est encore en cours. Les subventions actuelles atteignent leurs limites quand les m\u00e9nages optent pour des r\u00e9novations ambitieuses qui augmentent les co\u00fbts de mani\u00e8re significative. Dans ce cas, le nombre de foyers pouvant b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un pr\u00eat diminue. C\u2019est pourquoi il semble n\u00e9cessaire de poursuivre la mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019assistance financi\u00e8re pour les m\u00e9nages \u00e0 revenus faibles et moyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, des travaux de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques plus ambitieux peuvent toujours \u00eatre envisag\u00e9s par 2\/3 des m\u00e9nages, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019ils puissent recevoir un soutien adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque profil et projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Souhaitant utiliser ce potentiel, Bordeaux M\u00e9tropole d\u00e9veloppe actuellement un ensemble d\u2019outils techniques et financiers adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs profils de foyers afin d\u2019encourager une r\u00e9novation d\u2019envergure dans le secteur r\u00e9sidentiel&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>La&nbsp;<strong>plateforme locale de la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong>&nbsp;offre une assistance technique et financi\u00e8re et fournit des informations aux m\u00e9nages sur les dispositifs de soutien, les subventions et les aides publiques. Ce point-info ind\u00e9pendant aide les foyers \u00e0 identifier les m\u00e9canismes dont ils peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, en fonction des nombreux crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9, et facilite ensuite leurs candidatures.
