Il est pilot\u00e9 par la Ville de Lille et associe les villes de Turin, Hambourg, Suceava, le Centre de Recherche Minier de Katowice et Energy Cities. Le but du projet est de d\u00e9finir ensemble et tester des solutions innovantes pour construire une ville bas-carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019une ville\nbas-carbone&nbsp;? Voici la premi\u00e8re question que les six partenaires se sont\npos\u00e9s au d\u00e9marrage du projet en 2017. Apr\u00e8s trois ans de travail commun gr\u00e2ce\nau soutien du programme Interreg Europe, des r\u00e9ponses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9es \u2013 c\u2019est\nl\u2019objet de ce document &#8211; et des solutions urbaines seront \u00eatre test\u00e9es dans les\nprochains mois lors de la seconde grande \u00e9tape du projet&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour <strong>Katowice<\/strong>, la lutte contre la pollution de l\u2019air est l\u2019enjeu num\u00e9ro\n1. L\u2019industrie du charbon emploie encore 100&nbsp;000 personnes en Sil\u00e9sie. Le\nrecours syst\u00e9matique au chauffage charbon individuel cr\u00e9\u00e9 des pollutions fortes\naux particules fines dans les villes de la r\u00e9gion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ville de <strong>Suceava<\/strong> fait, elle, face \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes importants de congestion\nautomobile. La Ville n\u2019est pas assez \u00e9tendue pour d\u00e9velopper des transports en\ncommuns lourds, mais les axes centraux, notamment celui franchisant la rivi\u00e8re\nSuceava, sont surcharg\u00e9s. Suceava fait donc le choix de d\u00e9velopper une flotte\nde bus, v\u00e9hicules municipaux et v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>Hambourg<\/strong>, le choix s\u2019est port\u00e9 sur la zone industrielle et\ncommerciale de \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Schnackenburgsallee<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb\ndans le quartier d\u2019Altona. Cette zone a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9laiss\u00e9e par les plans r\u00e9cents\nd\u2019urbanisme durable. L\u2019id\u00e9e est donc d\u2019engager les chefs d\u2019entreprise de cette\nzone dans des contrats d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour <strong>Lille et Turin<\/strong>, les objectifs sont assez similaires.
