Simona speaks Italian, English, French
Simona has always been passionate about geopolitics, EU affairs, and journalism. She thinks that everybody should take action to make the world a better place. Since she really loves the urban environment, she would like to contribute to transforming EU cities into sustainable, vibrant, just, as well as creative places. This is why she joined Energy Cities in 2023.
A genuine interest in the communication field characterizes her exciting career. Simona is both a content creator and an event planner, indeed. She used to work both for institutions – such as UNHCR – and for several different private companies. She holds a MA in Management of Social, Political and Institutional Communication and an Executive Master in EU Public Affairs and Communication. She moved to Brussels to be part of the EU dream.
When she’s not writing or coordinating, you can find her travelling the world and reading as many newspapers as she can.
