The Scalable Cities Secretariat is pleased to invite you to join the ECHO conference which will be hosted by the City of Lyon and SPL Confluence, taking place in Lyon, France from August 26th to 28th, 2025.
The in-person event will include site visits, a variety of engaging sessions presenting the main results of the Scalable Cities project, and deep dives into key topics such as the role of cities in decarbonisation, business models, and financial tools for the energy transition. It will also serve as a valuable opportunity for networking and knowledge exchange among a vast community of projects and experts that have been involved in the Scalable Cities.

Please find below some critical information on the travel costs’ reimbursement:
- If your Scalable Cities project is still running, expenses are eligible on your project’s budget.
- If you are coordinator of an ended SCC project, you are eligible to travel costs’ reimbursement. In case you are claiming for travel costs’ funding, please read and fill in carefully the documents attached. You will find:
- The reimbursement guidance document. Among other things, you will find the maximum amount eligible (EC rules) and the deadline to submit the documents.
- A declaration on Honour to sign and fill in.
- An internation travel template to fill in, in which you will detail all expenses eligible.
