Rustavi is a city in the southeast of Georgia.
Self-governing city of Rustavi signed the Covenant of Mayors on May 2011 and committed itself to reduce greenhouse gas emission no less than by 20% below the baseline year. The city’s sustainable energy action plan (SEAP), along with the baseline inventory tables represents the part of commitments undertaken by the Covenant and reflects certain actions and arrangements for reduction of greenhouse gas emission, providing completion of obligations by 2020 year.
