Drohobych is a city in the south of Lviv, in Ukraine. Drohobych territorial community includes 2 cities – Drohobych and Stebnyk and 32 villages.
Developing the Strategy for the Development of the Drohobych Territorial Community until 2030, the local self-government body, together with business and the public, laid the foundations for supporting
entrepreneurial activity and improving the investment climate. The city of Drohobych has become a testing ground for the implementation of many development projects related to the spatial transformation of the territory, tourism and economic growth.
“One and a half of the city” – this is how the Polish writer of Jewish origin Maryan Hemar called the city where Ukrainian, Polish and Jewish culture was created together. The architectural monuments of people of different nationalities and religions illustrate Drohobych’s multiculturalism.
