Throughout her career so far, she’s been happy to reach new audiences telling stories through writing, producing videos, social media content and occasionally hosting events.
Ana got her journalism degree in New York City, with a focus on digital journalism and social media. As a reporter, she covered a wide range of political and cultural stories. Her writing has been published by The New York Times, Euronews, Politico and others.
As a reporter in an era where local journalism is becoming extinct, and an avid explorer of Brussels and its many worlds (in particular, its booming arts scene), Ana understands the importance of flourishing local communities.
She joined Energy Cities in 2026 to help shine a light on the local changemakers shaping Europe’s future.
