Frédéric graduated in Environmental Engineering and has always worked with local authorities.
Joining Energy Cities in 2009 was the perfect match for him to conciliate cities with the energy transition, a sector close to his background and interest. Heading the Covenant of Mayors office since 2015, Frédéric has the opportunity to engage and support cities on the one hand and on the other to advocate for an enabling legislative and financial framework together with his policy colleagues.
Father of 3 musketeers Frédéric also walks the transition talk after office hours: prosumer, member of several energy cooperatives, he is a daily “cycling cannibal” and also nicknamed “table trash” for always finishing his colleagues’ plates.
