Giustino joined Energy Cities in October 2020 to support the coordination team of the EUCF – European City Facility and to develop new projects and services to members to better support cities in their local transitions. His main focus topics are circular economy and climate neutrality.
Giustino holds a Master’s degree in environmental engineering with a specialisation in governance of urban and regional transformations from the University of Naples Federico II. After spending a few years living in Germany where he learned about transition management, in 2014 he settled down in Brussels. Since then he has been working on several projects to accelerate the energy transition and the transition to a circular economy.
