Marie Royer is an engaged communicator; passionate about gender equality, anti-racism & climate justice. She joined Energy Cities’ communication team in October 2020. Previously, she worked for the EEA and Norway Grants (EFTA), Amnesty International and several French and Belgian media.
Marie holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from the Institute for Higher Social Communication Studies (IHECS) and a Master’s degree in African Studies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). She believes we need bold policies bringing structural changes to enable individuals to make sustainable choices and have a positive impact.
