Teo has worked on energy, climate and public policy at both national and European level. Before joining Energy Cities, he worked in the civil society area, first in Romania and later in Brussels, focusing in recent years on the energy transition, fossil fuel phase-out, sustainable heating and cooling, and the role of EU funding in supporting a fair transition.
His previous experience includes working in the Romanian Parliament and in the private sector, giving him the opportunity to work across different policy and institutional environments and to understand how public policy translates into practice.
