How to use HOTMAPS for the comprehensive assessment of efficiency in heating and cooling

EU Member States have to develop an update of the comprehensive assessment of efficiency in heating and cooling according to Article 14 of the Energy Efficency Directive until end of 2020. The Hotmaps database and toolbox can be used to do that! We explained how in this webinar, organised by the Hotmaps project team on January 14th 2020.
