The session will introduce the ESCALATE Guideline and Template for local Heating & Cooling Plans, providing participants with a clear overview of the methodology, structure and key planning steps. A central part of the event will be a hands-on practical exercise using the ESCALATE Training Platform, where participants will directly explore the platform’s modules, tools and interactive learning resources.
Designed for regional energy agencies, municipalities, urban planners and public authorities, this event aims to support stakeholders in translating strategic guidance into concrete local planning actions. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss implementation challenges, exchange experiences and explore how the ESCALATE resources can be applied in their own regional contexts.
