The event will feature the launch of a report prepared by the Cool Heating Coalition and BPIE, which examines how the Social Climate Fund can support the clean heating transition in Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, and Italy. The report will be presented alongside interventions from a representative of DG ENV and civil society with on-the-ground experience in one of the four countries.
