In this peer-to-peer session, we will explore concrete municipal actions and good practices that can prevent or mitigate congestion in local networks. Topics will include proactive coordination with distribution system operators (DSOs), deploying flexibility-enhancing measures, demand response and community storage, and encouraging built-environment decisions that recognise the limitations and opportunities of grids in planning processes.
