What a peculiar year for our network to turn 30th! At a time when social distancing is required, collective intelligence is more important than ever. That’s why we decided to offer our members the opportunity to join “Locked down but powered up” – a series of weekly live chats around the energy transition.

Starting from the 7th May, every Thursday at 1:30pm, we will have the pleasure to virtually host an external speaker for an interview and an online debate. It will be the perfect occasion for an exchange among peers but also a direct way for members to have their say on the association’s agenda and make our network stronger.

Live chat #1 – 7 May, 1:30pm

“What does it mean to be energy “sufficient”? How can we get past our consumption addiction and change our energy-intensive lifestyles, infrastructures, services and at the bottom-line… cities?

To learn more about the kind of tools to use, lessons to learn and perspectives for the future, join the conversation with our two guests:
Benoit Verzat – Coordinator at the Negawatt Institute
Victor Fighiera – Project Manager for Energy Sufficiency at the Greater Dunkirk Council
Hosted by Alix Bolle, Energy Cities, EU Policy & Strategic Partnerships
