With over 900 members , AMORCE is the leading French network for information, experience sharing and support for communities (municipalities, intercommunalities, county councils, regional councils) and other local actors (companies, associations, professional federations) in terms of energy transition  (energy management, fight against fuel poverty, energy production and distribution, planning), territorial waste management(planning, prevention, collection, recovery, waste treatment) and waste management. water cycle.

Founded in 1987, it is widely recognized nationally for its transparency, independence and expertise, which stems from its consistent achievements:

  • Reduced VAT on waste and heat networks, creation of the heat fund,
  • eligibility of communities for energy saving certificates,
  • creation of new channels of extended producer responsibility,
  • sorting signage on high consumption products,
