FLAME – Federation of local energy and climate agencies

On April 21, 2004, the Local Energy and Climate Agencies in France met in a constituent assembly. They created FLAME, the Federation of Local Energy and Climate Management Agencies.

Its missions:

• to officially represent the French network of Local Energy and Climate Agencies through a single interlocutor to national and European authorities
• to support local authorities in the creation of ALEC
• to multiply the exchange of know-how between its members by coordinating working groups
• to disseminate the expertise it capitalises on energy and climate issues
