Sara joined Energy Cities in February 2018. She leads the communication team and coordinates Energy Cities' Hub on community energy. She has co-authored different publications on community energy and the role of municipalities in engaging their residents in the energy transition. Before, she worked on communication for the European Commission, first in the Directorate General for the Environment, then in the Joint Research Centre.

Passionate about sustainability issues, working for Energy Cities allows her to directly contribute to the transition to a greener world, powered by decentralised renewables!
