Driving the transition: Community Power in National Energy and Climate Plans

In this briefing, the Community Power Coalition presents a traffic-light analysis of the EU Member States’ draft National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs). These plans will be crucial for delivering the EU Commission’s Energy and Climate objectives and should acknowledge and adequately promote energy communities as key actors to accelerate a just, democratic, and equitable transition.
