Three ways of crafting community energy

How exactly do community energy projects start from scratch? Finding funding, getting people’s buy-in, choosing the right technologies and partners – all this, within a set legislative framework – is not always an easy task.

The report describes the progress, challenges, and outcomes of these activities, highlighting the distinct approaches taken in each location and providing key insights into the potential for scaling similar efforts across Europe.
