Involving citizens in community heating projects

On October 24th, Energy Cities and Rescoop.eu organised a webinar focused on how to engage citizens on heating and cooling. After an introduction on the role of municipalities in the implementation of the main EU legislation on heating and cooling planning, speakers presented success stories and tools to facilitate their involvement, but also different opportunities and formats of cooperation ranging from co-ownership of heating facilities to hackathons on this topic.
