Since December 2022, we have joined forces with ACR+ to offer you a common membership, thus granting you access to not only our services, but also theirs! As such, we are pleased to invite you to participate in their General Assembly, that will take place in Dublin on 31 May and 1 June, and which will be the opportunity for you to benefit from 3 events: ACR+ General Assembly, the European Week of Waste Reduction’s (EWWR) awards ceremony, and the Circular Economy Hotspot.

ACR+ will welcome you in Dublin starting Tuesday 30 May, with a typical Irish diner, and the General Assembly will take place on Wednesday 31 May, all day long, in Trinity College, giving you the chance to enjoy a guided tour of this iconic college! While the morning will focus on keynote speeches and panel discussions, the afternoon will be dedicated to interactive sessions, where you will have the possibility to shape ACR+’s 5 working themes! In the evening, you are invited to participate in the Circular Economy Hotspot diner in the famous Guinness Storehouse, regardless of whether you will be participating in the Hotspot or not! You will find out more about the event’s agenda and how to register here.

The EWWR’s awards ceremony will close this week on a high note! Between 19 and 27 November 2022, the EWWR accounted for over 16 000 actions, 15 of which will be nominated as finalists for the awards and 6 best actions will be rewarded for their impact and originality on 1 June. During the Ceremony, you will also have the opportunity to meet the best 5 actions awarded by the sister campaign: the Euro-Med Weeks for Waste Reduction. Come and get inspired!

The Circular Economy Hotspot needs no introduction, and this unmissable event will take place from 29 May to 1 June. It will revolve around three key themes: Policy in Practice, Citizen Engagement and Innovation & Collaboration. These themes will be explored across four focus areas: Social Enterprise, Design & Manufacturing, the Built Environment and Food Systems & the Bioeconomy.

Last but not least, ACR+ and its member Eastern Midlands Waste Region, made sure you can access the Hotspot activities and book outstanding hotels to a discounted price, thanks to a voucher code which you will receive after registering.

So wait no more and register to ACR+ General Assembly now! Registrations will close on 28 April!
