UIA webinars #2 : UIA & Cohesion Policy. Bridging UIA & Cohesion Policy; how to optimize UIA added value?

This webinar will discuss Urban Innovative Action operational knowledge and projects potential to inspire and possibly being scaled-up and replicated via sustainable urban development strategies and Cohesion Policy programmes.

More specifically, we will first explore how UIA projects practically apply principles that are core to sustainable urban development and policy objective 5 “Europe closer to citizens”, bringing UIA projects forward to share their experience on integrated, place based, multi-stakeholder and participatory approaches.

During the second part, you will hear about concrete stories from Cohesion Policy practitioners on spreading knowledge and integrating UIA practices to the mainstream operational programming, and explore ways forward on how to improve the added value of UIA for programmes in 2021-2027.
