Extensive analysis of the existing energy efficiency services operators and long-term financing schemes


This report offers an in-depth analysis of different aspects of the existing retorfit one-stop-shop pilot models and the services they offer to homeowners. These features are presented with reference to the steps of the one-stop-shop “customer journey”.

For each feature, likely to be qualified as “good practice”, you will see a brief description and additional information that could facilitate building your own one-stop-shop. Our ultimate objective is help you understand the overall functioning of these organizations, to assess their economic sustainability and to evaluate their effectiveness.

For example, in addition to information on the number of refurbishments achieved, we also want to know what the distribution of costs of works and level of post-works energy efficiency are.
