For each feature, likely to be qualified as “good practice”, you will see a brief description and additional information that could facilitate building your own one-stop-shop. Our ultimate objective is help you understand the overall functioning of these organizations, to assess their economic sustainability and to evaluate their effectiveness.
For example, in addition to information on the number of refurbishments achieved, we also want to know what the distribution of costs of works and level of post-works energy efficiency are.
