“Energy transition” vs “Energiewende”

Franco-German relations are no longer spectacular. This couple, which like all couples, has its ups and downs, is a driving force in Europe. Sometimes tense, sometimes friendly, the fact remains that relations between the two countries have now been established and that it would never occur to anyone to imagine that they would disappear.
However, bringing German and French communities together for a bi-national conference is not something that is usual.
