Transition management for cities

The skills session will create a space of learning and exchange, presenting the transition management methodology and guidelines developed in the frame of the TOMORROW project, a Horizon 2020 funded project, aiming at empowering local authorities to lead the transition towards low-carbon, resilient and more liveable cities.
