Holacracy, our governance
We chose a rather modern governance mode, based on collective intelligence. Responsibilities are dispatched within autonomous, connected “circles”, which are all in charge of several missions. We have no Directors in the classical way we mean it; only people leading in their skills and fields of competencies.
