On the 7th and 8th of December, the City of Grenoble and the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) organise the Fourth season of Cities in Transition: “The inclusive transition“. This event will bring together foreign and national delegations to discuss initiatives and policies from local authorities and citizens’ organisations in favour of cities where no one is left behind.

48H de la transition ecologique inclusive

For 48 hours, inclusive transition will be the main thread of our activities: visits, workshops, round tables, conferences and animations will tackle some issues of this last theme of the year. We will imagine together how socially inclusive and participatory local initiatives can help us move towards to an inclusive transition at a bigger scale, through the discovery some of Grenoble’s projects or through the attendance to the 21st Annual Conference of the International Observatory on Participatory Democracy. We will also offer you the opportunity to exchange and reflect on intermunicipalities, European and international cooperations and the role they can play in the impulsion of future transformations in favour of transitions.
