LIFE PlanUp webinar: How green are the national recovery plans?

Member States are about to submit their National Recovery and Resilience Plans (NRRPs) to unlock the biggest green investment plan ever seen. In this workshop, which will gather NGOs, local and regional authorities and representatives from EU institutions, the LIFE PlanUp project will cross-analyse 10 NRRPs within their National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) in three key sectors to deliver on the EU Green Deal: transport, building and agriculture. It will also be discussed whether fiscal measures, such as carbon taxes, are being considered by governments to contribute to environmental ambition.
